Every ERP, ticketing tool and workflow system leaves timestamps behind. Process X-Ray reads those event logs, reconstructs the real process with all its variants, and shows where work waits, loops and escapes. We then run a short AI-assisted Six Sigma pilot on the biggest bottleneck.
