What we collect

• Contact details you send us (name, email, phone, company) and the content of your message.
• Client data shared during an engagement, under the engagement agreement and, where agreed, a non-disclosure agreement.
• Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, pages requested, time). We run no advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To reply to you and to prepare and deliver services.
• To keep records required by Canadian corporate and tax law.
• We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Where it lives

• Our email and files are hosted with providers in Canada and the United States. Client data for Saudi engagements stays within the systems agreed with the client.

Your rights

• You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention. Write to info@d6sigma.com.
• This site is operated by an Ontario corporation and follows PIPEDA; for Saudi clients we also respect the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Cookies

• This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics trackers.
