IPO & listing readiness

Be ready for the market before the market asks — governance, numbers and people that stand up to investor scrutiny.

A listing is won or lost long before the prospectus. We assess your readiness against Capital Market Authority requirements and investor expectations, close the gaps in governance, financial reporting, forecasting, internal controls and risk management, and run the readiness programme so that your licensed financial adviser, legal counsel and auditors work from a clean base. We are not your financial adviser or underwriter: we prepare the company.

Who it is for
  • Family businesses and mid-sized companies considering Nomu or the Tadawul main market
  • Pre-IPO companies that need to professionalise governance and reporting
  • Owners and boards preparing succession, a family charter or a restructure ahead of a listing

What you get

  • A readiness scorecard with prioritised gaps
  • An IPO programme plan: timeline, owners and dependencies
  • A governance pack: charters, authority matrix and policies
  • An investor-grade monthly reporting pack and forecasting model, plus mock-diligence findings and a closure tracker
How it works
  1. Readiness assessment

A gap review: governance, board and committees, financial reporting, controls, risk, related-party dealings, systems and people.

  2. Roadmap

A sequenced plan with owners and a realistic timeline, and the decisions the owners must take — structure, board, family arrangements.

  3. Close the gaps

Board and committee charters, delegation of authority, policies, a monthly management reporting pack, a forecasting model, and an internal-audit and risk framework.

  4. Run the programme

Manage the workplan with your CMA-licensed adviser, lawyers and auditors; mock due diligence and rehearsal of investor questions.

Questions we get
Are you our financial adviser for the IPO?

No. Listing on Tadawul or Nomu requires licensed advisers. We prepare the company and coordinate with them; we do not give investment advice or underwrite.

Is an IPO right for us now?

Sometimes the answer is “not yet”. The assessment tells you what it would take and how long — and the governance and reporting work pays off with banks, partners and succession whether or not you list.

Do you work with family businesses?

Yes. The Saudi Companies Law recognises a family charter; we help design the governance, succession and decision rights that go with it.
