D6 Academy delivers Lean Six Sigma belts, PMP® and PMI-RMP® exam preparation and lean-construction workshops, in-house or public, in Arabic or English. Our trainers are practising consultants; every course uses real project examples and, for corporate groups, your own processes.

How it works
  1. Choose

    Belt level or exam, language, in-house or public, online or on site.

  2. Prepare

    Pre-reading, a short skills check, and for corporate groups a real process to work on.

  3. Learn by doing

    Short theory blocks, exercises with data, and a project or exam plan per participant.

  4. Follow through

    Coaching calls for belt projects; mock exams and a study plan for certification tracks.

Are the belts accredited?

D6 Academy issues its own certificates of completion; belt projects are reviewed against ASQ/IASSC-style bodies of knowledge. Exam prep prepares you for the PMI® exams, which PMI® administers.

Minimum group size?

Six for an in-house course; public sessions run when a cohort forms.

Language?

Arabic, English or bilingual — materials are written natively in both.
