Not necessarily. Many clients already own Power BI or Microsoft 365. We use what you have and recommend new tools only when they pay for themselves.
Can reports be bilingual?
Yes. Dashboards and report packs can be built in Arabic, English or both, with Arabic labels and right-to-left layout where the tool allows.
Who maintains it afterwards?
Your team. We document the model, train a report owner and can provide light-touch support if you want it.
