Engagements

Our work, and the situations we are called into

Three completed engagements across Saudi Arabia and Canada, then six situations we meet again and again. We describe the scope and what was delivered; we publish a number only when we can verify it. Full references are available on request.

Completed work

Completed engagements

Organisational restructuring · Saudi Arabia

TDCO / Abaad Fanniya, Riyadh

Challenge
An organisation that needed a clearer structure and clearer accountability for performance.
What we did
Diagnosed the current structure, redesigned the organisation and set up performance management — roles, targets and reviews defined.
Approach
Diagnostic sprint → Six Sigma deep-dive → target structure → performance system → handover to the client team.
Status
Completed and closed. Our reference engagement in the Kingdom.
Restructuring & turnaround

What we did
Members of our team led planning, delivery and control across the company's construction developments in Canada and the United States.

Baseline schedule and budget, weekly progress tracking, risk management, decisions tied to the numbers.
Status
Completed.
PMO & project controls

Typical situations

The situations we are called into

Six situations we meet again and again in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf and Canada. They are typical engagements, not client case studies: for each, what we do and what you get.

Contracts & claims

Variations and delays are piling up

Situation
A contractor on a large programme has open variation orders, a slipping completion date and notices that went out late — or not at all.
What we do
Rebuild the record, price each variation, run the delay analysis and issue a structured extension-of-time and cost claim.
What you get
A claims register with time-bar dates, a defensible submission and a notice routine the site team can follow.
Claims & variation management
Planning & PMO

A programme nobody trusts, projects nobody can see

Situation
The schedule is updated by exception, the engineer has rejected the revised programme and every project reports in a different format.
What we do
Review and rebuild the logic, load resources and cost, agree one reporting standard and set up the PMO rhythm.
What you get
An approved baseline, a monthly update that explains every change and one pack that tells leadership the truth.
Planning & scheduling
Strategy

A plan on paper that is not moving

Situation
A three-year strategy exists, but its initiatives have no owners, budgets or milestones and nobody reviews progress.
What we do
Narrow to a few priorities, assign owners and budgets, build the KPI tree and start a monthly review.
What you get
A strategy-office rhythm, a scorecard leaders use and a 90-day launch plan.
Strategic planning & execution
Capital markets

A family business looking at the market

Situation
The owners are considering Nomu or the main market, but governance, reporting and succession arrangements are still informal.
What we do
Assess readiness, set a sequenced roadmap and build the governance pack, reporting and forecasting — alongside your licensed advisers.
What you get
A readiness scorecard, a programme plan and an investor-grade monthly pack — useful whether or not you list.
IPO & listing readiness
Restructuring

Cash is tightening and margins are thinning

Situation
Receivables are slow, several projects lose money and creditors are asking for a plan.
What we do
Diagnose structure, cost and cash, stabilise with a 13-week forecast and build the recovery and restructuring proposal.
What you get
A plan owners and lenders can back, a structure with clear accountability and a scorecard to track recovery.
Restructuring & turnaround
Reporting & automation

Hours lost to manual reports and approvals

Situation
Finance and project teams spend days each month rebuilding the same spreadsheets and chasing approvals by e-mail.
What we do
Map and measure the routines, remove steps, then automate approvals and build dashboards that refresh themselves.
What you get
Hours and steps saved, measured against a baseline, and a reporting calendar leaders trust.
Process automation
